Avoid using Debit and credit cards in BKK. There is high chance of skimming of cards in these countries. Better to carry cash. In BKK try to stay at Sukhumvit area. Among the list you mentioned, Annalise is the best one. I also suggest you to visit Chrome bar for nurve massage. There are large number of massage parlours in BKK including soapy massage.

1.) M&S. Went and paid standard 1. 5 k at counter, was shown the options. Choose Ms Dream from Kerala and was led to a dark room, wet floor, average massage with heated oil.
