OK since I went to Cali (see report) in November I'm going back but going to med in January. Question I have acquired about 40 fb girls that are "dying" to meet me. You always negotiate price before hand. It is best to ask the girls to come to your place (Most of them will be between 45 minutes to 1.5 hours late). I normal approach new girls in the following sequence.

1. I will ask them to meet in a very generic way, sounds like you are doing this already.

2. Once they reply with an affirmative messages, I will ask "what can we do together" most will reply with a "you tell me amor", even if they reply with something vague, your next message should go all out, so you don't wast your time.

3. My next message is normally something like this: "I like lots of DFK (I normally spell out all the terms, as explicit as possible), blow job without condom. " put whatever satisfies your desire here. She will either reply with "how much your pay" or something that will start the price negotiation. One thing I now always ask after we agreed to everything is "how long will you stay", most will stay for 2-4 hours for 200 k and provide GFE++ service. If you don't negotiate the duration of the stay, they will just come, fuck for 20 minutes and leave.

It is better to have the girl visit you if you rent a place that is guest friendly. If that is the case, I would ignore milerotics for the simple reason that you don't really know what you are going to get. Your own place will be far nicer than most of these places and you will be in control of the environment to have a better experience. Some of these places are like mini casa with a few girls in the apartment.

Ditto that, always give them a test drive at a local love motel then decide if you want to invest more time with them and this would reduce risk of things going sideways.

Thanks for alerting me to that. I think I'll probably exchange into pesos here in the US with my bank. I've done it with Mexican pesos, where they even ship it to my home. The rates were true and it had a very small fee. It worked out better than the casas de cambio on either side of the border.

Bad idea. You will get a much better exchange rate at any cambio in Medellin than a bank here in the US. Today, I was doing some research on cambios. The exchange rate on xe.com, which is close to the official rate, was 3252/1. The cambios' rate ranged from 3140/1 to 3190/1. I doubt you will get those rates from your bank.

Heck she even advertises that her place is good for when you want to bring up a girl or something like that LOL. I am just sharing the info because you don't need to spend 150 for a fuckin bnb in lleras. Unless you don't care about spending cash.

On #3, customs isn't difficult at all. I mean unless you're trying to hide something illegal why worry my man? When I come through customs they ask me all the time what I went down there for. I tell them for the women! They laugh and tell me to move on.

If you willing to pay 18-25 a night, you can get something without 5 flights of stairs and in a slightly nicer part of town. It fathoms me how guys would pay the flight to get here and be willing to sleep in a shoebox even if all you want is pussy.

I think it's a matter of preferences and budget obviously. I need to sleep on a high quality mattress with some support and not a shoebox. I also like having nice amenities. I spend way more on the rooms there than the flight and that's how I like it. I prefer to stay at the fancier hotels because I like being able to call for whatever I need. I am not just talking about Medellin. But as we know the hotels are not mongering friendly in Medellin. So BnB's or private rentals are the way to go. I found a solid spot that I won't share LOL. It took me a lot of work and effort to find it and I don't want to ruin it. There are small number of fools on here that always ruin shit for some of us. I shared some good info on a few things privately and I learned my lesson quickly.

I agree 100%. I speak zero Spanish and I used google translate everywhere. I find people here are extremely helpful and welcoming, almost all of them are honest.

Relatively speaking Medellin is safe. It is no Japan or western Europe, but the reward you get far outweighed the risk. In no where on earth (south east Asia excluded) you can find this many hot young girls who offers GFE+ service at 60-80 dollars for 1-3 hours. As long as you don't do anything that is obviously stupid, like waving a wad of cash around in the seedy part of the city, you are safe in general..

I agree with you that the people in Medellin are helpful and welcoming, however you would never make a statement that using Google translator works fine if you had Spanish speaking skills, you have no idea the difference it makes being able to speak the language. And your experiences, and what you pay for things would also be very different as well. In regards to safety, Medellin is not safe. Whether your in Pobaldo or El Centro, it is not safe, period. And after you become a victim, whether it be from the Chicas, or thieves on the street, you would never make a statement that Medellin is relatively safe, however I agree with you that the risk is worth the reward.

I first need to thank everyone for the vast amount of intel on this board. It has been phenomenal to aid in my planning. I'm a veteran of Tijuana and a return there is my fallback plan if I don't pull the trigger on Colombia. I think I'm down to 3 issues to resolve in my head to feel comfortable going to Medellin. I admit to overthinking things far too often, but, that's just how I'm wired. I am interested in everyone's input.

First, finding a chica friendly place to stay. I feel comfortable I'll overcome this with a little more research as I get closer to my trip.


Third, how difficult are customs officials when returning to the US? I do frequently go to Mexico, which always adds a few questions with CBP. Going to Medellin, as a single male, feels like another flag going up. I don't bring back anything illegal. I just hate the third degree. And truth be told, I don't have a better excuse than "vacation". Any horror stories or suggestions with immigration?

1. Please detail your experience with so called "rude Colombians" because I didn't experience this at all and I stayed mostly in El Centro, everybody was friendly and the customer service was good everywhere I went.

2. If it's not worth the price of the hotels, travel etc then please tell us the cheaper options with the same level of women & service because I can't think of any.

The rest of your complaints seem valid but I would love to see a response to my 2 questions.

I kinda thought those of you who have been to Medellin would pick up on my hint of sarcasm. Medellin is bizarro world. Only city on Earth where instagram models are begging to fuck you for 200 mil. People were beyond friendly and overall a very inexpensive vacation. I did actually catch a cold, but that could be from excessive amounts of alcohol and fast food. Only problem with Medellin is going back to the real world in the USA I never thought I would ever contemplate leaving my country, but I am definitely putting serious thought into taking a long term stay in Medellin. Haha my bad if anyone took that post serious. A very selfish part of me doesn't want every gringo from the USA Spoiling paradise for those of us who have been, but this is something every North American man should get to experience.

It's definitely not a secret. Paradise? Doesn't match any description for paradise I've seen. However, paradise is the place old farts go to play shuffleboard, compare illnesses and whine about the things they didn't experience.

Price of hotels? If I search, I can find a $60 motel room in Indianapolis. It's going to be 2 stars, with next to no amenities. For about the same price I can get a 4 or 5 star hotel in Poblado with breakfast included. That's without searching for any special deals or discounts. If I am fine with the 2 star hotel, I'm paying $18-$30 and I can probably still get a free breakfast.

Can't help you on travel, because I don't know where you're traveling from. For me, $500-$750 gets me round trip airfare with only 1 stop. Not worth it for a 3 day trip, but for 10 days it's a bargain.

That figures out to about $125 per day for air + hotel. An escort comparable to the girls I see in Colombia charges $300+ per hour. In Colombia I'll pay her $50-$70. Eating 10 days in restaurants in the US $400-$500 if you stick with the reasonable places. Eating 10 days in Colombia $150-$200 at reasonable places. 10 days with a girl a day in Colombia, for me $2200 or less. In the US $3400 without a motel room. $4000 and up if I need lodging.

Unless you're sleeping under a bridge in the US and fucking only junkies, I'm not sure how Colombia is too expensive.

Rude Colombians? In Medellin? The rest of Colombia makes fun of the paisas because they're so friendly. Maybe if you spend all your time in rural Alabama, waving a Confederate flag and wearing a MAGA hat you'll be surrounded by friendlier people than in Medellin. My own experience, I'll have to interact with 15-20 strangers today. 8 will be rude, 2-4 will be friendly and the rest won't even acknowledge me. If I interact with 20 strangers in Medellin, 18 will greet me and the other 2 will want to chat with me. Out of every 100, maybe 1 will be rude and that's usually limited to giving me a rude look. Even 60% of the taxi drivers will be friendly.

Can't help you with language issues, except to point out that it's not Colombia's fault. That problem is strictly your own.

Safety concerns? You are just as safe in Medellin as you are in any city in the US, except when you're trying to cross the street. Safety isn't primarily dependent on location. Safety is mostly dependent on you. If you follow the advice which has been posted many times, you can eliminate almost all your worries.

Too bad about getting sick. That's one of the risks of traveling. I spent 4 miserable days in The Dominican Republic because I encountered a strain of strep that I had no immunity against.

Not everyone will enjoy it. Not everyone will have a great time. I take responsibility for my own experiences. If I'm not having a great time, I'm probably doing it wrong.

When I am traveling with a non-pro then I will go for something better and at times pull out all stops, but when it is just me I don't care as much. There is a lot of in-between space if you compare 5 star hotel to a shoebox. OP wanted to bring hoes up 5 flights of stairs, I guarantee that it won't play out well.
