Club xs, bit more lively, more punters and more girls, we were the only westerners in the others were koreans, probably 35 girls in tonight, out of the 35 girls 2 were ok, fairly young, fairly slim and ok face, my friend had spotted the same 2 girls and was trying to get their attention to come down for a drink but he seemed invisible to them, their attention was on the 4 young koreans who had just entered the bar and sure enough the koreans had no problem in getting their attention, full of smiles the girls joined them at their table, we had looked around for other possibilities but not much quality to choose from.

Avalon bar, I like this bar, its nicely decorated, great air con, and some professional dance shows, again about 35-40 girls many sitting drinking with punters (koreans) but there were a couple of just ok girls not drinking so my 2 buddies had called them down for a drink,300 pesos for a lady drink that came in a rather small glass, the girls seemed friendly and engaging,2nd drink ordered for the girls and it was time to ask the barfine question, both girls quoted 5,000 pesos short time, what did short time mean my friends had inquired, was 2 hours 2 pops possible? No short time was 1 round, max 1 hour, does that include blow job? No, just straight covered sex was included, my friends had declined, to be honest even long time with this quality of girl would have been expensive but 1 hour and no blow job was a total rip off IMHO.

Friends had wanted to carry on drinking at more bars to see if they could get laid long time, I had decided to leave and call it a night and head home.

In summing up, popped our heads in to a few bars without staying for a drink due to very few girls working, of the bars we did have a drink there were a few ok girls, no stunners and mostly the better lookers were already seated with koreans, one of the things I use to like in angeles is that it was full of girls with no ink on their skin, now most girls are covered in such, just a big red flag for me, also many girls are lets say on the large size, not easy to find my type of girls which are 18-22 years, slim, attractive, no baby and of course not covered in body ink.

There are not any large cities in Samar to meet girls discreetly. Let alone a hotel in the small villages. Most girls will not meet a foreigner in a hotel. The major town is Tacloban with an airport which you could meet a girl. Most province villages will be 1-3+ hours away by van or bus. I doubt they will come to meet you for monger activities.

When they are recruited it is for a "waitress" or "sales lady" job in the big city probably Manila or Cebu. That is the story to the families. Most know it will be as a dancer in AC but probably not fully aware of all the job duties. But being in a financial bind and willing to help the family they will go.

The supply system in place works fine.

Sadly, Tacloban is on the island of Leyte not Samar. But very close.

Catbalogan 110,000.

Calbayog 200,000.

Angeles City 460,000.

Foreigners do not go to Samar. It is the poorest large island so will have bad roads and poor internet service. Haha sound familiar? But worse than AC. So their restaurants and hotels will be very sub-par. As a foreigner you will stick out and I am sure the locals can guess the reason you are there since they are not known for their beaches. The girls are shy and will not meet with you alone the first time. Your chance of scoring the first time is very slim. More likely your third date.

I took a tour 9 years ago through some islands. The bus going through Samar happened to be at night when I went through Catbalogan which I was going to visit for a few days and then Calbalogan for a few days. But I did not see anything going through the city notifying me it was a larger city. There was nothing at the bus stop like you see at other bus stops with people all around and food and drinks for sale. I did not get off and went straight through the island. I should have stopped in each city for at least 2 days but did not feel like searching for a hotel in the middle of the night.

Here is how to think about it and this will answer all your questions as to why. Picture AC without The Base (jobs) and without Fields Avenue (women, hotels, restaurants). Now get rid of 55% of the population. Why in the hell are you in AC now?
