There have been rude loud-mouth gringos hanging around a bench at the Veracruz since the beginning of Covid pandemic, and they are inviting problems to other foreigners. This trip was so odd. I had been in Bogota the first weekend of August and it followed the standard Santa Fe routine. Street girls, club girls, street girls and done. All good.
