You have to negotiate, in fact, everywhere except in [V] hotel. Price range is.

[S] hotel in PS : 2-2.5k, p!mp + 700, room + incidentals.

[SD] hotel in PS : 2-2.5k, p!mp + 500, room + incidentals.

[SD] hotel is a new place discovered by "Man In India". Read his recent 2-3 posts. They are very informative. Building described is the corner building. Ground floor is all shops. Hotel signboard says "Veg & non-Veg Restaurant". Entrance to the hotel is from 2 sides. One from the road leading from [J] Dairy Chowk to [S] Garden, other from the road leading from [J] Dairy Chowk to [K] Phata, this 2nd entrance is just beside a pan-cigarette shop on corner. 1st floor is a restaurant and action takes place on 2nd floor. There is no reception counter or anything of that sort on 2nd floor. I suggest, you go there and ask the room-boy for services. May be, he will call a p!mp or give you the contact of a p!mp. When I had been there, I already had made arrangements with a p!mp.

BTW, when I learnt my alphabets, J was for Jagtap, K for Kalewadi and S for Shivar.

The last time I visited, that is end August, [A] hotel is closed but [R] hotel was open for business. I found that pimps were sitting in [R] hotel and when asked for, they call the girls in car. There was no line-up as used to be in [A] hotel. Here is the link to my post on that recce.
