I had posted a FR yesterday asking for suggestion from Experienced mongers on which SPA is good with proper massage and extras at the end. After RTFF, Orrah Koramangala seems to be the most preferable SPA. As my FR was not uploaded, I didn't get any suggestions on the most preferable SPA, I decided to call Orrah for an appointment and bad luck they told that today I can't get an appointment as it was full. Then called up H9- HSR asked about massage rates surprisingly they told they don't provide cross gender massage. I laughed and kept the phone. Now, there seem to be a lot of discussion of various tests. And that discussion is much appreciated.

To the best of my knowledge, you should get yourself tested "3 months after a potential exposure". The 3 months "after a potential exposure" test gives THE MOST ACCURATE result. This 3 months waiting period is almost universally accepted, but, I am sure there are newer companies that are promoting their own tests. You could get those "private" tests done, but, a 3 months test is highly recommended, especially given your fears of possible exposure.

What does this mean? You have about 2+1/2 months in your hands. Do the following:

* Eat clean, green food as much as you can. Vegetables, fruits, etc.

* Exercise a lot. Exercise boosts immunity. Exercise kills depression and anxiety.

* Take some immunity boosting tablets. Wouldn't want to recommend any because most require some elementary testing of body conditions before prescription.

* Make note of every incidence of unexpected fatigue or lack of energy or sudden onset of depression. Talk to your friends and family as often as you can. Find a good friend, or a professional, to talk to. Watch comedy movies. Or watch good comedy programs on TV in your preferred language.

* Practice safe sex! Better still: abstain, but that's not a word people are going to like on this forum.

Once the 3 months waiting period is over, get yourself tested at some good place. A lot of our friends have already given a few names. But my recommendation would be a govt hospital.

There are very less chances of you contracting HIV unless you had a sore or anything like that. Although other STDs are a risk. The window period of HIV is 6 months although you can get a PCR test done in 28days. Still I do think your chances of catching HIV is very less.

To my fear I thought of a plan I thought of going to the same place saying I came for service paid 2500 for one hour. I took the same girl. Requested to confirm on HIV status so that I will take pep treatment. She consoled me a lot saying not to worry. She has a family even she is afraid of chances of getting HIV from customers. I was ok convinced paid her 500 and came.

Dear brothers am jotting the lessons learnt please followed I don't want none of us to be in situation like me.

1. Never goto a place thru locanto / craiglist because these people even don't mind to get girls tested.

This is actually a bad practice. The friction between the two condoms makes it more prone to tears and ruptures.
