* Take some immunity boosting tablets. Wouldn't want to recommend any because most require some elementary testing of body conditions before prescription.

* Make note of every incidence of unexpected fatigue or lack of energy or sudden onset of depression. Talk to your friends and family as often as you can. Find a good friend, or a professional, to talk to. Watch comedy movies. Or watch good comedy programs on TV in your preferred language.

* Practice safe sex! Better still: abstain, but that's not a word people are going to like on this forum.
