i agree, i mongered quite a bit in gb road and one has to be very careful while cruising there with pimps and police, especially during the day time. kotha # 64 and sometimes even 70 are reasonably ok. especially 64 is hugely popular and is quite crowded. it has three floors (1,2,3) and generally top floor is supposed to be better. rates would be rs. 300st + tip ( 100-200).
