Madhavi spa. Normal rate is 1800 rs and tips are 1000 rs.

In both place they don't negotiate for tips upfront.

If it is for 2 hours I am assuming multiple shots. 15 K is a lot of money even for three some. It shouldn't exceed 10 K in any case. Also first shot gets over very fast so you need to check what really is on offering. 15 K is not recommended and around 8 K to 10 K is just fine.
