Firstly, the person who the post was for has appreciated the information in my post (try reading the previous posts). Yes, it is for LE purposes that I left hints and not explicit details. To answer your confusion, many average LE may not have the time / patience / awareness to research / understand the hints, but a genuine monger looking for action will. Also, did you not know that Isg pages show up in Google searches?
