5* is not ideal place to hunt for extras. May be if you're a regular at a place with repeated sessions with a particular therapist, there is a very slight chance. If you looking for good ambience and better looks, there are a lot of high end options in the market. At least the Extras will be a sure shot.

During my small mongering exp, I have been to many 5* spas, not for extras. But any way there were never any hints at all at these 5* places in Goa / Delhi and some other places.
