As per the immoral traffic prevention act, the act of prostitution is not illegal, but owning brothels (Any place with more than two sex workers), kerb-crawling, offering sex in a public area, seeking sexual favors in exchange of money in a public area, illicit activities in hotels, and pandering is termed illegal.

That being said, why aren't indies out in the open advertising their services?

Writing this report from Mumbai International Airport. I am from USA, was in India after 5 yrs. Had a wonder full stay for 7 days in Delhi and 3 days In Mumbai. If he is from Sakinaka area then you have to be careful and alert. I once had a very bad experience with Sakinaka SP. 5 k is their standard rate but the girl will be of pathetic quality and service can't be guaranteed. If he asks advance better avoid him. Rest up to your choice.

Availability and quietly is good but due to Hi standard and costly lifestyle this service is also expensive compare to Delhi and Kolkatta.
