I have to admit, I have this sick obsession about browsing through various websites showing promo pics of hot girls and then making up fantasies about them. I don't know if I ever had cold sores. Did not have anything that looked like it, and I never had the pre tingling sensation often reported, like those who get one know its coming and can start treatment early. If we never had one before are we likely to get it late in life? No idea.

HSV2 is genital herpes but a bit less common. There is also Herpes Zoster (known as Shingles) VZV (perhaps a bit unrelated). This is possible subsequent to Chicken Pox I believe. My brother had this one with belly rashes. Other Herpes types? I heard of Epstein-Barr, human cytomegalovirus, but assume are rare. Human Herpes Virus 6 A and 6 B is little heard of but I read that most people tested have them quite possibly since age 1 month. Associated with some child illness.
