In past we have read posts where people reported that members have disclosed about ISG to the WGs and SPs. And to be honest you can not keep such platform, which is easily accessible, a secret for long. We have also read reports about how SPs are using ISG to induce mongers and advertise their stock.

Good thinking, but you need to think about how you will validate who is genuine and who is fake. Next thing, how you will promote you app when we already have so many such apps available. Third and last, Geography support. How will you be able to cater such a vast geography.

People will proliferate the mongering space and there will be no quality control in terms of who the contact is shared with and random people will come and jack prices and bombard indis with messages making them change number or go off for some time. Just my two cents.
