The condition is called phimosis and goes through 5 stages before it becomes a pinhole phimosis. If you are in early stages where you can still retract the foreskin but with difficulties then do not get operated and visit a urologist to get antibiotic creams and learn exercises, however if you have hit the pinhole stage where penis balloons when taking a [CodeWord140], then it's time for circumcision.

I contacted a SP. He advertised some birds, but the actual one he sent was different. I got the price down to 3 K for 3 hours, without sheath. But the hotel management cock-blocked me by saying they need aadhaar card as proof.

You are lucky to get 3 k for 3 hours deal, without sheath!

But unlucky with the selection of your hotel!
