Nothing is discreet. All data mentioned in that "register" goes to the respective police station every day! The new system only enables them to access the same paperless. You know our top LE agencies can access anybody bank account anytime. I have worked with these LE agencies. I know nothing is discreet. The only problem in out country that the LE or any Govt. Agency don't have sufficient staff to monitor the entire population. Either it is Tax or any illegal activity. So we just take benefit of that. Otherwise they have all the data already!
