Utter Crap.

7. Aarogya / Salubritiy Spa. I'm giving this place a special mention since in Feb people were raving about this place. Went there twice based on these discussions, I feel that the buzz started based on posts by the owner. I was thoroughly disappointed. Girls are willing to go all the way but are pretty bad. The rooms and beds are bad and the atmosphere / ambience is crap. This place works only if you can zone out of everything and just plough away.

8. Spa Magic, Unique spa, Lovely spa, Spa Slimcia, - Terrible. Its just a waste of money. Girls try to finish the massage in 15 minutes and offer only a disinterested Handie.

Atmosphere- So this applies to both 7,8 and 9. You can hear people having loud conversations at the counter and TV whatever else playing. The weird musty smell of unclean bath cubicles and lack of ventilation. I remember there was this place where I was ploughing away and the only thing in my mind was a chole kulcha because all I could smell was the lunch that was being had or had been consumed.

9. Basement spas- White Pearl, Sutra, Blue Moon-Some girls go all the way but they are all 1-2's and old. I reserve a special place for basement spas due to the stink.

Kudos to your extensive research report! There are more than hundred spas in Lpnagar with different quality of girls and ambience. I mark TG as see grade as girls are poor quality. Much better is Ayur green, zeba, Omega, Avalon, and many others. Armani has good collection. Even some 10/10 are available in some other spas. But bbj is not available everywhere. Nice brief report there on Lajpat spa scene bro. The quality of staff in spa like Sutra, be Moon, Amazing G has degraded considerably. I was regular at Lajpat at one time but I rarely go there now. Earlier there was a chance that you might find some gems once in a while in these spas but now it's not the same. Most of these usually have kaam wali type girls with shitty ambience and hygiene.

If you haven't tried Anantra, you should go there. Better than other nearby spas and used to have decent staff. Visited almost an year ago so not sure how it is now in terms of quality of staff and service.

As far as is Oasis is concerned it has reopened with a new management. The counter lady was managing a spa in EoK earlier. Same old recycled staff and shitty service. Not worth it.

Most girls in second tier Lajpat spas will give FS for up to 1.5 k and some for 1 k too. Negotiate well.
