I agree with all of you.

Though I was yearly unlimited use member of Cleopatra (Juhu and later Mhada lane, Andheri). And that was the only place I've come across which treated members far better compared to non-members. Rest all the spa membership has brought negative effect.

This is a common problem with spas, and gals too. Familiarity breeds complacence. I have seen this with Many spas except TTS. I can list at least 5-6 spas that treat you like 2nd class citizens after you become a member. Funnily, it is the exact opposite of what all successful companies do.

Same holds for girls. Visit them a few times, and they get a sense that you are regular, and the nakhras start. Massage quality drops, sometimes zero massage.

So we should maintain competition. Buy only short plans, and tell them you will consider longer plans if you are happy with short plan. I guess we all know how to negotiate with vendors.

This is a general comment about spas which offer membership and also my personal experience with Chinese Currency, Lokhandwala.

The reason this spa appealed to me till now is the hygiene and location of place. Parking is easy, the building and location are towards premium side, not shady.

Not to go for membership!! You will be cheated! How? Let me give you the actual instances.

1. I have taken their unlimited membership days before!

2. You will not get your preferred slot even you book before 12 hours.

3. Agnus won't be given to you. They tell that. You will be given who ever is available. But not Miss A.

4. Saturday, Sunday. They will give you excuse that some renovation works or something is going on. So closed for clients.

5. their behaviour gets changed after you have paid full amount of membership.
