As we all are under lock down at home due to Covid pandemic. I just wanted to share some thoughts certainly not a mongering experience.

It is time to leave all your bad habits like smoking, drinking or whatever else and yes I include this social medias like youtube or Netflix which kills your time. These habits which kills your time eventually damages all your life and are more dangerous than any other habits, just make your mind of 15 days and not to indulge any of your bad habits then just see yourself it would be more easy for you to come out of those habits and lead better life.

Use this time to rebuild your body and fitness, trust me you can build your body between four falls and you can drop hell lot of weights just working out between four walls. There are plenty of videos and guidance you can get from internet, just it needs your determination and effort.

It's time to rebuild your diet, your body is the product of what you eat so it's simple as this, just use this time to come over all your junk food habits and build healthy diet habit.

More importantly this mongering is biggest and dangerous habit that is going to trouble you all your life unless you are a millionaire or billionaire. I would recommend you to completely come over paid sex and pornography if you can make your mind. Keep in mind am talking about paid sex and not sex.
