I would advise you to practice Hold & Withdrawal while jerking off or with a help of WG who is willing to be a partner for treatment (Can help you finding one if you want). Yes even I consulted a Couple of Sexologists and their Fees run in a couple of Thousands. Same here, I just dropped that idea of getting any on-going treatment from them after hearing their fees. Cannot afford it!

I have not ventured out to Qutub recently. But pre-lockdown my 3 visits were disasters. Very unhygienic conditions in most places and low quality girls.

One more thing that I wanted to mention here is I do not take a Combination Pill which already comes with a Mix of Tadalafil+Dapoxetine. I take Tadalafil separately and Dapoxteine Seperately. Because if I take a Premixed Tablet like I said it starts giving me serious side effects!
