Just got back from spending about 4-5 hours in Centro. Stopped at a bar and had a couple of beers and was grooving to the music and chatting up some chicas. All and all, I would say I saw about 30 gringos walking around while I was there, including a crew of about 7 dudes between 6'4 and 6'6.

I don't really want to be that guy, it needs to be said. Not every girl in Colombia (or all of Latin America for that matter) is a working girl and is willing to open her legs for money.

I was looking at my bank account yesterday and saw that it had been deposited as well. Didn't plan on having the money but I might head to Cartagena and Santa Marta over the next week to get out of all this rain in Medellin so the stimulus should ease my mind about some of the lobster dinners I plan on having because I've heard Santa Marta can be pricey.

Yes, I call it the 1%. Jajaja. So much has happened that I gave up on any continuity to the story line about my relocating to Medellin. I went to the Mountain where Cat Girl was reared and where we are also building a casa and it was an amazing cross cultural experience that I loved and will never forget. Well I was just mentioning an observation I made. Either way if you make a mental note of an el centro chica that you want to smash and you see her selling coffee I don't see what the issue is especially as she is only taking 500 per cup.
