Few points comes to mind.

Their places are cheap rented places, not hotels.

Probably these guys not paying LE any monthly.

And biggest point, they find real new talent, Girls who are not aware how much they are worth well till they are in business for quite sometime, then they start demanding more.

I know for sure 20 year old Nepali girls getting paid only 4-5 k per day (1 day==6 shots) with food and accommodation taken care of, by one SP.

Some of these girls may have no where else to go, so stick with whatever they get.

Honestly their is no other expense than phone bills for this business for SPs.

I believe these SP have low expectations, they are happy to make some income not like other SP who want to be millionaires.

It is us monger who have driven the prices so high, High disposable income (Bangalore is example) leads to price hikes.

Your best experience might be the cheapest one, it won't be the most expensive one for sure as usually girls who demands more are highly likely to have attitude problems.
