Not as of yet, however European Countries are in the process of setting this up for those who have been vaccinated to allow for Summer travel, and hopefully Colombia will follow suit, albeit some form of proof besides the "vaccine card" may be required which is problematic. They are looking at some form of a digital vaccine record in Europe, so it will be interesting to see how they work that out. And interestingly, besides the "vaccine card" that I got, I also have a digital vaccine administration record on file from the organization that organized the shots in California, so I have a record of it besides the "vaccine card" accessible with a QR code, a black square that can be scanned to verify whether someone has been vaccinated.

If I'm vaccinated moderna both shots. Can I present my vaccination card and not get the pcr test? Or is this not an acceptable form of proof yet. I can't find info on this.

Posts: 3802Actually the protests were more about the proposed new tax reform benefiting the rich and taxing more heavily the middle and low income classes, while social leaders are still being assasinated at alarming rates, along with no major investment in public health, education, and social security. The tax reforms also include adding the VAT tax currently at 19% to utility bills among other things. So if somebody has a utilty bill of $ 10 as an example, it will now cost them almost $ 12. Other provisions also include freezing public employees salaries for five years, at least that is what I read which I find hard to believe. So lots of issues to protest which was scheduled over two weeks ago before the first weekend shutdown occured.

Posts: 2937I know you desperately (thirsty) wanted him to be talking about the chica you are describing. But alas, the one you described is unfortunately not standing in a doorway, lmao.

Posts: 5607The protests had been planned for the last 2 weeks. They are against proposed tax reform and corruption in the Duque government.

I was somewhat surprised there was no mention here before the 28th that a national protest was planned. They usually draw big crowds and include some violence and vandalism. Several girls I know posted videos.

Posts: 591There were labor protests in Cartagena. I think they are also anti-lockdown protests as well.

Posts: 89I condone getting pics and name out there if she is a hustler / thief. In almost any other circumstance, leave that girl alone.

Posts: 1643Follow up to my own post about protests
I sent the same fotos out to some of my regular girls, ten in all at the same time I posted here. Each and every one of them answered back they stayed in today, did not venture from home except for Amazonia, who holds a full time job, and she said she was terrified at one of the stops her bus made on her way home from work because of the protestors. I am not there so this is second hand info but very unusual for the girls I know to hunker down like this, take it for what it's worth.

Can't stop anyone from calling out someone they recognize, half the time they have been wrong, but unless you have specific permission from a chica, even if she is prepago, even is she is all over FaceBook, even if she is the busiest puta you know, I don't think it's right to put a chica's real name out here without express permission. I can already here the naysayers who are mostly very predictable here saying, then don't post the fotos in the first place. There is a minor point there, but that does not change my opinion, and I am not telling anyone what to do.

And I would stress further, there is no reason to get into the weeds with a less than desirable chica for more than one second. There are so many better options always waiting in the wings. My threshold for putting up with that kind of shite is extremely low in a place like Medellin. There are exceptions. If she is a "ten" to you and you are building up the fantasy in your head that she will be worth the wait, key word "fantasy" which by definition, most fantasies disappoint. If she is your novia or girlfriend and you believe you are in love. Or if your instincts and intution tell you that somehow the payoff down the line will be worth it. I am thinking of one of my regular girls who is now one of my favorites and go-to's, but we had a rocky start.

Normally I am one and done in that situation but something told me to try again, and now she can't wait to see me whenever I offer, she rocks my world, and charges me for one hour and stays for several. I can't explain why, but I am glad I did not give up on her too quickly, but she is the exception, not the rule. If you feel any significant level of frustration or disappointment with a prepago, blow her off and move on to the next chica. Don't waste time and energy trying to make a silk purse out of a sow's ear. And guess what? 90% of the time the chicas you blow off will circle back around for you, and then you can set the terms. At least that's been my experience.
Gratuitious fotos from my recent trip to Medellin of Catgirl and her prima Jewel modeling their string bikinis in my hotel room. Jewel very camera shy at first, I had to grab her arm just to get that partial shot of her ass, jeje. I bought the bikinis. In return, they agreed to model them for me, change in front of me, and stay naked at the end. Money well spent. They were not shy at all about wearing them in public the next day at Escobar's Hacienda, the difference they told me was "everyone had a bathing suit on then. " jajaja.

Posts: 295Your making quite a few assumptions that may or may not be correct. Most likely her plan was to offer crappy short service and bail with the money.

Posts: 3802Actually the testing place I went to wanted to send me the test result besides E mail, but by Whatsapp as well, so there is a universal App that works for this purpose. But regardless of this, the odds of you getting the test results via E mail or Whatsapp are very much at risk of not happening and not worth it, thus better safe than sorry to have the result in hand.

My boots-on-the-ground sent me a couple of videos today of protests in Colombia surrounding Covid, I pulled these fotos off the videos. She said there was some looting going on, too. Don't know exactly where these hotspots were located.
