I find myself in the same boat as you which led to find myself a solution.

Like I said using the spray was just to tick it off my list. But yes I do find myself in a pickle regarding PE. Have tried the long last condoms which didn't work to my satisfaction. The local anaesthetic used in condoms is very mild which can be sufficient to some. I'd advise using the condoms first and then going for the spray.

As for the oral situation, I don't suppose you can do that since the stuff is transferable and it might numb the mouth of the girl. Also the contents aren't supposed to be ingested which can cause discomfort for the girl.
