This is like my 2nd forum post asking for help (RTFF ik ik, I don't want to be scrolling thru hundreds of pages), and DMing people hasn't paid off. This is in response to 4/5 star hotel rules because that's what I always book.

1) If you are both checking in on double occupancy. Then of course both IDs will be required.

2) Local address proof. Yes no problem.

3) If you are on single occupancy, you can still invite guests up to 8 or 9 pm (as long as they are not staying overnight) - you can do it in two ways, meet your guest in the lobby and then take her to the room; or you can ask her to ask for you at the reception and after a confirmation from you they will send her to your room (an employee will help with the lift key card).

4) see above.

One additional thing. In case you think it's going to be overnight, just tell the reception that you are expecting a friend and can they please convert it to double occupancy. Then when the lady arrives they will just log her in using her ID.

Trust me star hotels are not bothered with any moral policing. They strictly follow a live and let live policy. As long as you don't break their mostly reasonable rules.

In search of greener pastures, I reached out to Mizmar spa. Called them up and fixed up an appointment with the oft recommended A.

Reached on time, paid the counter and was shown into a room. While the room and the bed was large, the shower enclosure was tiny. There was no table or drawer. Only a chair. And the room has lots of signs of repair e. G. White paste filled in between tiles.

After taking a quick shower and waiting for 10 min, was told that A is stuck in traffic and will take some more time to reach. Time was not defined despite asking twice. Was given a choice to go ahead with R. The only other Thai available at that point of time. I chose to go ahead rather than wait.

In walks R. A tall busty woman with a smiling face. Slightly on the plump side.
