I went to couple of spas this week in Rohini, Dwarka mor, Paschim Vihar, JanakPuri etc. And most of the Spa owners / girls are in distress due to the new rules by the govt. The owner and girls in Paschim vihar and dwarka told me that a lot of the nearby spa owners are constantly in touch with the area SHO as due to this new rule they are facing a lot of heat from LE. The only safe places for now are the ones who have a valid license. Re-newel of the license is getting pretty hard due to this and LEs are asking for a lot more.

I think we may have to forgot the 500-600/ hour spas as they won't be able to survive this.

A lot of the owners were hopeful that they will be able to strike a deal with the LE but I am not sure as this was not area specific. I experienced it at all the places.

Lets hope for the best or the golden spa days in Delhi will be over.

I had the similar experience with Durex extra time long long back and never ever tried it.

Use tadalafil only occasionally and less dose than recommend, you can try 5 MG also that should be sufficient.
