3. It will be a lot safer, cheaper, stress free, no timing pressure & importantly, you are in YOUR ZONE.

I know a few of my friends started with hotels and eventually moved like this! In fact, they now share a 3 BR at 50 K a month / fully furnished! - 3 of them. It just works to 20 K a month including maintenance. Each bedroom has their own bathroom. Full privacy with digital / number locking and access system.

Felt like sharing!
