Don't waste time self diagnosing with google. Most STDs have very similar symptoms that even doctors may not be able to identify some cases without tests. As you are experiencing symptoms for so long, go and see a doctor immediately.

Consult a urologist immediately I think its nothing serious or an STD its an early onset of foreskin tightening due to bad hygiene can be treated by broad spectrum antibiotics and tropical ointments.

This is not self treatable with otc medications.

See a urologist preferably in a govnt hospital.

Any delay may lead to requirement of minor surgery.

Best case scenario. Candida or yeast infection leading to balinitis. Friction burns can cause similar but wouldn't last this long.

Worst case. Herpes.

That's a mild infection. Nothing to worry about. Just put some anti fungal cream and medicine recommend if you visited a doc. Just keep your junk clean. Wash your penis head every day twice or thrice. If you sweat a lot bath 2 times a day. Its mostly your hygiene that's caused these symptoms.

I don't have any pain in pulling my foreskin though. I have taken fucibet cream after contacting an online doctor.
