Off late, have been facing lot of arrogance from the receptionist R at the S and spa Juhu. Couple of my friends faced the issue as well. Her manners are not customer friendly. For new customers she will appear friendly but for regular ones, she becomes rude. Never apologetic of her behavior. That's a weird behavior.
