Which company will go to the extent of obtaining video footage? MI6\CIA / KGB\RAW? Also doubt any hotel will easily share the video footage. Companies do have policies regarding liquor / Mini-bar but an extra cup of coffee. This guy must be on the radar.

Hi all,

I have been a silent reader of forums in India, specially Mumbai group.

Honestly tried once through locanto but not successful as I had to pay 11000 for completely different girl than photo sent to me and worse than a maid. Probably you guys won't pay even 500 to her.

1. Is mongering is legal in India?

4. Any suggestion for dealing with LE. I personally feel bit nervous at Spa so planning for hotel only.

If my company wants to go so far as to request security cam footage from a hotel, they have bigger problems on hand. In general, unless they are looking for an excuse to fire you, no one bothers to go the extra mile. Even then, you aren't doing anything illegal per se since mongering is legal in India.

All that being said, the best thing you can do is to not get into such a situation in the first place. You might not get fired for the extra coffee or the WG, but if a company wants to fire you, they will find a way to fire you.
