Recent FRs from December.

1. Belapur MP inside gated community.

You would need to enable the intentional payment on your card using mobile app or net banking. It should go through post that. This is a new restriction from RBI.

I managed it easily.

I have HDFC both Master and Visa and even Amex it is still failing on SA all my other international transactions go through! When I got verification call from HDFC and I asked why are you declining this payment? They said it's a dating site so my counter was tinder too is a dating site but you're easily processing their payments lady just shut up and said she can't do anything more.

Some banks are doing it some banks aren't.

I forget to mention I also have virtual card from.

Paytm payments bank that is also failing that is a Visa Debit card! Rest above all are credit!
