What is the issuer bank for the credit card that you used to pay for SA? Maybe it's time to switch my issuing banks.

I can confirm that HDFC fails for sure, despite working for international transactions.

I have always used IndusInd and it has never failed.

You would need to enable the intentional payment on your card using mobile app or net banking. It should go through post that. This is a new restriction from RBI.

I have HDFC both Master and Visa and even Amex it is still failing on SA .

Hdfc has some ridiculous international vendor restrictions. Am surprised amex isn't going through though.
