Most of us have tried Zeenat, a nice friendly indie. She recommended a friend of hers who was in need. A total no pro. Well I happy to receive her service. So I called Amex to get into the real issue. SA (WA*) is blacklisted and transactions are denied. My all cards are international transaction enabled including online. So I got hold of an android mobile, downloaded app from google store and paid through it. It worked.
