Hi,

No RTPcr or RAR required to enter Maharashtra, but they randomly check for vaccination certificates, so if you don't have that, better you get an RTPCR report.

You have to fill out some forms online. I think it is called Suvidha form. You also have to do a COVID test before you get to India. Depending on which country you come from, you might also have to do a COVID test one week after you land. You also have to do a COVID test when you land at the airport, depending on which country you are from. Information is available online if you search, but it varies from which country you are coming from.
