This is kinda 3 weeks back report had been to KGate spa just before big vacation starts. I had been to this place once long ago which was not auch a good exp either.

Brother, firstly you need to tell us when this happened. If it has happened within the last 72 hours, I would recommend you to immediately start taking Post Exposure Prophylaxis (PEP) medication (tablets for 28 days). You can consult a HIV specialist and they can provide you this tablets. It has to be taken within 72 hours to be effective and once you start taking the tablets you must not not stop for 28 days. If you miss even one day the medicine become ineffective. These tablets which usually come in a bottle would cost about 2 k to 3 k for the 28 days course. So this should be your first step and the most important one.

As far as the tests are concerned, no test on this planet can determine your HIV status until you have passed a minimum of 11 days from the date of potential risk exposure (the day you had this sex with Afro) and this test is called the PCR test. However, the PCR test is usually not prescribed unless very much needed. So the next option for you is to go for a 4th Generation HIV Test (p24 Antigen and HIV1 & HIV2 Antibodies combo test). Can understand your situation right now. No general doc in these cases. Go to specialist ASAP and get tested whatever he suggests. Most of the doc working in big hospital have private clinics its your option either to go his private clinic or to the big hospital itself. Labs I heard aster labs are good and can keep yours classified.
