A quick response to a question by Wisehustler, though it was replied to - as I think its important for newbies.

And paying anything more than 40-45 k for more than a month for long term, if you are paying is not worth it. Consider maths. In a month one is not going to meet her 3 to 4 times. In case of PPM it will be not more than 60 k. But since its a long term, you should get that discount.
