I have stayed at Holiday Inn, Novotel and Radisson without any problems. At Radisson, I had to sign in the girl if that is a problem for you. The irony is that Radisson is the one that doesn't require elevator key. The problem with some of these higher end hotels in India is that there are TOO MANY hotel people hanging in and around the lobbies. I am not sure what they do all day.

Spend most of your time in Pattaya for mongering purposes.

A lot of freelancers at beach road start from the evening until late night. Take a stroll from one end to the other, choose out of the lot, take them to your room. Same is the scene in Soi 6, Tree Town, Soi Bukhao and other party places. Do not bar fine chicks. Kind of expensive than freelancers.

Bro, you can monger in both Hanoi and Hcmc but later has many options. For shirt time fun you can search gaigoi in Google and translate the website for vfm options. For high end you can visit little Tokyo in district 1 of hcmc. You can ping me for more details.

I visited Hanoi and HCMC last year. I would say halong bay is certainly worth the hype. Just don't stay overnight on the cruise if you are going solo. If in a group, overnight tour is best. Problem in planning both sightseeing and mongering tour is that most scenic places in Vietnam are located far away from mongering capital HCMC. I didn't found Hanoi to be a very convenient place for paid sex though managed to get few BJs / HJs in MPs there. But as I was there mainly for sightseeing, didn't try much so those who have mongered in Hanoi may throw some light. The mongering capital HCMC or nearby areas do not have much in terms of scenic beauty but otherwise HCMC is a great city to explore. Also there is a shooting range nearby just in case you want to shoot some real load from M16 LOL.

Communication in Vietnam without Google translate is almost impossible. In comparison to Thailand, Vietnam is somewhat cheaper and has prettier ladies. BJ bars in HCMC are far better VFM than BJ bars in BKK / Pattaya. Thailand has far better tourism infrastructure. Needless to say that availability of girls in Thailand is unmatchable. Also it appears that unlike Thailand there is no discrimination against Indians in Vietnam, perhaps due to fewer Indians tourists in Vietnam.

You mentioned you've only been to bkk and phuket. Any specific reason for not visiting the big open air brothel of Thailand. Pattaya is worth visiting at least once IMHO.
