Not true at all. Prostitution in India has been legal since independence though the attached conditions are weird as hell. Not surprising as this is India. Running a brothel, pimp work and soliciting is illegal or engaging in the same in certain 'public places' is illegal. The public place definition is a bit confusing though you can read about it if you want.

The legislation which put restrictions on prostitution is The Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956 (Act / ITPA). This law penalizes certain acts related to prostitution. The important sections are discussed below.

Section-3 of the act prescribes a punishment for keeping a brothel or allowing premises to be used as a brothel. 'Brothel' has been defined in section 2 (a) of the act which states that it can be any house, room or place which is used for prostitution.

Section-4 of the act penelises any person who is living on the earnings of prostitution. This section does not even exclude the family members.

Section-5 of the act penalises the procuring, inducing or taking person for the sake of prostitution. This section targets the pimps, brothel owners and traffickers.

Section-6 of the act penalises the people who detains a sex worker in the brothel or any premises where prostitution is carried on. This section specifically targets the middle men and the brothel owners.

Section-7 of the act penalises the prostitution when it is carried out in or in the vicinity of public places. Public places include any densely populated area, hostel, public religious worship, educational institution, hospital, nursing home or any other place which is notified by Commissioner of police, Magistrate and the state government. Vicinity refers to as two hundred meters.

Section-8 of the act penalises the sex worker for seducing or soliciting a person for purpose of prostitution. According to this section a sex worker cannot do any gestures to invite someone for the purpose of prostitution.

As you can see, all these weird conditions make it really confusing and open to subjective interpretation by different people. Hence there is a lot of confusion. Most Indian laws are just stupid, no clarity and open to widely different interpretations.

So you can see prostitution has always been legal, but then why does LE create problem. Ofcourse simple, they exploit certain loopholes and fear of social stigma attached with this to mint money. Even the supreme court recently explicitly instructed police not to transgress the laws and arrest sex workers. But then this is India, laws are for the poor and middle class only. So nothing much will change on the ground as LE still realises that most people wouldn't want to risk getting caught in such a situation and go to the courts for justice which will take ages in India and not to mention the loss of face.

So given a choice between the two options, it might be better to risk getting caught for prostitution (at least you may be able to pay off) rather than getting implicated in some fake rape allegations.

I think you are not aware of the laws of nation. Please read immoral trafficking act of India. If a customer meets a prostitute in private place, it is completely okay. But if prostitution is carried out publicly like spas etc, that is illegal. So when two person meet in a hotel which is a private place and if sex is done in exchange of money that is completely okay.

It is my understanding that a hotel is also considered a public place. So, meeting of two consenting adults is fine, but prostitution is not so.

I asked you name of the VFM profiles from other platforms and not only the platform names. Giving platform names doesn't help anyone. May be someone needs a eye checkup. I am not blinded by SA. I know where to and how to find vfm profiles. But again vfm varies from individual to individual. So I understand one that is VFM to me may not be VFM to someone else.

This forum is for sharing wg details. Folks who have explored or exploring in SA atleast adding some new indies to Kolkata mongering scene. Otherwise we see only the same spa and sg stories. In such cases if you cannot prove that you did paid sex, the you will be booked under grounds of adultery and the husband can make your life hell.

Even when there is a raid on massage parlours, the customers caught are not given the case of prostitution but they are booked under other sections such as trafficking, solicitation etc.

Anyway, how one prefer to stay safe it is upto the individual's choice.

Had gone to FD last week. My first time there.

This is my personal opinion. I always pay thru UPI when I stay with a bird in hotel where we both have checked in with our IDs. I do this just to make sure that in case of any future issues arise (mostly due to the girl) it can be proved that the girl was a prostitute who took money for sex and cannot put blame such as blackmailing or forced sex / trafficking etc. Also never meet at own residence or visit the bird's residence.

In case of spas or SP birds, cash is better as there remains no evidence of the deed.

Other than that, use telegram to remain anonymous. In case of WhatsApp, never take backup of chats so that they cannot be retrieved later.

Need your expert opinion and suggestions. How do you maintain your anonymity while dealing with these various types of females for mongering?
