I have mentioned all the names of the platforms you can go have a read properly and then do a little bit of work and get many vfm profiles from there. What dosent help anyone or what helps everyone leave it to them to decide, if it dosent help you don't take it, I didn't post it for you anyway. You are not the admin of this forum to decide exactly what this forum is for and what it is not for., I might not be giving profile details directly but Im giving the way to get access to thousands of them without getting duped in the process. You want good and vfm profiles in a plate? Well unfortunately that is not available like that, because no one wants to share the real gems in public its because they worked upon it. If there is a real VFM gem available to a person here why would he actually share it to the public rather than enjoy those services to the most himself when he can. Its common sense. This is the reason none of your so called great FR; s are of any value. Congrats to you if you know how to find vfm profiles wonder why you are so desperate to know vfm profiles from me then, we have all seen your vfm profiles and FR's with all SA profiles of average looking chick s with insane rates of 20 k and above. And the feedback has also been seen in this forum where people have just got duped by paying insane amounts and got very bad service as well. So rather than your waste FR's which are of no value to the people its much better to give people platforms where they can get Real VFM profiles, doing a little basic work. No one cares about what is VFM to you, even a 2 lac profile may be VFM to you but that is not VFM for most. At least most of the spa and SG stories are reasonable unlike the SA stories which need a serious reality check. I have observed that Express2019 only gives warning and complain about high rates and cheating, which is good but he writes very little FR.

I was able to establish contact and she is asking for 30 k for an hour with 50% advance. I know some of her peers charges similar rates in Delhi, but they don't ask for advance.

Is she worth 30 k / hour? Is this her going rate or has she inflated the rates?

She was available with James for 10 k shot last year. I wanted to go but James told not to take her as her service was not upto mark. James is one honest guy unlike the other SP. I do trust him. Not true at all. Prostitution in India has been legal since independence though the attached conditions are weird as hell. Not surprising as this is India. Running a brothel, pimp work and soliciting is illegal or engaging in the same in certain 'public places' is illegal. The public place definition is a bit confusing though you can read about it if you want.

The legislation which put restrictions on prostitution is The Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956 (Act / ITPA). This law penalizes certain acts related to prostitution. The important sections are discussed below.

Section-3 of the act prescribes a punishment for keeping a brothel or allowing premises to be used as a brothel. 'Brothel' has been defined in section 2 (a) of the act which states that it can be any house, room or place which is used for prostitution.

Section-4 of the act penelises any person who is living on the earnings of prostitution. This section does not even exclude the family members.

Section-5 of the act penalises the procuring, inducing or taking person for the sake of prostitution. This section targets the pimps, brothel owners and traffickers.

Section-6 of the act penalises the people who detains a sex worker in the brothel or any premises where prostitution is carried on. This section specifically targets the middle men and the brothel owners.

Section-7 of the act penalises the prostitution when it is carried out in or in the vicinity of public places. Public places include any densely populated area, hostel, public religious worship, educational institution, hospital, nursing home or any other place which is notified by Commissioner of police, Magistrate and the state government. Vicinity refers to as two hundred meters.

Section-8 of the act penalises the sex worker for seducing or soliciting a person for purpose of prostitution. According to this section a sex worker cannot do any gestures to invite someone for the purpose of prostitution.

As you can see, all these weird conditions make it really confusing and open to subjective interpretation by different people. Hence there is a lot of confusion. Most Indian laws are just stupid, no clarity and open to widely different interpretations.

So you can see prostitution has always been legal, but then why does LE create problem. Ofcourse simple, they exploit certain loopholes and fear of social stigma attached with this to mint money. Even the supreme court recently explicitly instructed police not to transgress the laws and arrest sex workers. But then this is India, laws are for the poor and middle class only. So nothing much will change on the ground as LE still realises that most people wouldn't want to risk getting caught in such a situation and go to the courts for justice which will take ages in India and not to mention the loss of face.

So given a choice between the two options, it might be better to risk getting caught for prostitution (at least you may be able to pay off) rather than getting implicated in some fake rape allegations.

I think you are not aware of the laws of nation. Please read immoral trafficking act of India. If a customer meets a prostitute in private place, it is completely okay. But if prostitution is carried out publicly like spas etc, that is illegal. So when two person meet in a hotel which is a private place and if sex is done in exchange of money that is completely okay.

It is my understanding that a hotel is also considered a public place. So, meeting of two consenting adults is fine, but prostitution is not so.

How about mentioning some of the vfm profiles along with the platform names? We always read here about so many platforms where lots of vfm profiles are present but never get to see any FR or mention about the profile names.

I second that. Prostitution (sex in exchange of money) is legal in India but associated activities like soliciting, running or owning brothels, pimping are illegal. In prostitution there's a catch, though it is legal in India prostitution in hotel is illegal. Also posting any advertisement for the same in a public platform is illegal. In a way all these WGs who post their ads in massage republic, twitter openly for paid meet can be charged for prostitution in India though they are working independently.

Even when there is a raid on massage parlours, the customers caught are not given the case of prostitution but they are booked under other sections such as trafficking, solicitation etc.

Anyway, how one prefer to stay safe it is upto the individual's choice.
