Sildenafil has half-life of 3 to 5 hours, and starts working after 1 hour of intake in empty stomach. If you can bear the side effect, try 100 MG tablet so that it remains active for around 5-6 hours. However, I think tadalafil 20 MG is better, it has lesser side effect, remains effective for around 36-48 hours, and has similar efficacy.
