You are assuming the girl to be smart enough to have a lot of time and planning into it. With someone else's bank accounts in place, and all shadow channels so it isn't traced back to her. I work in business, yes I am ivy league educated, but my 1-year long stay in India and business scene. Let me make things very clear to you. All this theoretical BS about lawsuits, and women getting justice are truly BS. Everything runs on the money here, that's just a concept that urban teenagers like to draw from the west. Every day in business we have scams going on, people not paying back, and giving faulty products to the tune of crores, I know people who forged documents and sold land to other people, have court cases from 10+ year, and still buying mansions.

Some dude hit my car, I didn't care because wasn't worth my time. If you go to the police here and say "some auto guy stole my phone", they going to tell you to fuck off. We have to keep in touch with bureaucracy and politicians and have muscle guys to extract money bro. A friend hit and run some dude, his driver went to jail for him, he is chilling in usa today. You are stating something that happens in a perfect and just society, and India isn't that. No one cares, girl a hoe, and she will get ruined. You need balls. You are assuming, everyone will be against you, and nothing will work your way. You are assuming police will harass you. I would rather you bribe them up front to make her life hell.

I have been told (in a return message) by the father of a scammer, that he will go to the cops for defaming his daughter.

Don't underestimate her ability to trace you (the hotel or payment app, will give your details to the cops) and write to your company or family. We guys risk more from exposure. This won't happen unless you initiate it.

Under the law in India, if you call a girl a prostitute in public, or in writing, you can be guilty of 'outraging the modesty of a woman'. In theory that's a 2 year jail term. In practice, its an opportunity for the cops to extract money from you, especially if you are older and well placed. If she belongs to a different religion, you can get into serious trouble with her community people. Even if, as a NRI, you don't face the risk of cops, you might wonder if it is worth your time to go after her for a relatively small amount. Even if it hurts your ego more than your wallet.

Its a lot simpler not to pay an advance. If you have lost money in a scam, think of it a tuition fee to learn how this works.

I understand what you are saying dude, But honestly this was like if everything you have mentioned was turned to the extreme and to the point where it was too much. Allow me to explain.

First, if you look through my profile history you will see that I have had sugar babies around the world and have good friendships with quite a few of them. Then we talk about the past and she talked to me about her ex husband for 15 minutes about how he made her look like the crazy one.

There is drinking and chilling and then there is "pounding down vodka at 10:30 am and dancing to some hip hop music in a hip hop style" Nothing sexy about that.

I know what are sexy noises and what is dirty talk. Saying "you feel so good, don't stop, oh god, I love the way you do this" is sexy. Saying "this lady is opening up for you. " "This lady is getting ready for you. " "This lady is wide open. " is not sexy, especially when she spoke about herself in the 3rd person.

Destroy her personally and professionally. Don't be a pussy. Don't send proof of money, that means you were mongering, appear as someone just showing her dad she's a working girl, and appear to the company for the same. Take it to the next level if this doesn't work, and I bet it will.

I do want to know, you said she took your money and walked out the door, and then you said you have proof of money transfer. How does that add up? Like she took money online and showed up and left? Or she showed up, you paid her online before deed, and then she left?
