I stayed in Zone for a couple of days. Here is my review.

Pros:

1. Very GF friendly. You can stay in your room and ask her to show ID in reception and come to your room as GUEST. No extra charges for that.

2. Roads connecting is clean and sparsely populated. Comparing it with my previous stay in Park Street. Away from hustle bustle.

3. Food service was average and not bad but very prompt.

4. I found all sorts of girls entering the facility and all came to meet clients . Maybe if you can hang in the reception / lift you can pickup a few after some CHIT-CHAT

5. Rooms don't have smoke detectors.

Cons:

1. Swimming pool and bar on roof is not operational yet.

2, Spa in hotel is not operational yet.

3. No place to buy cigerate outside. So better carry your own cartoon.

4. Swiggy not allowed upto reception. You have to walk to the main gate.

Fun fact:

I saw all types of chicks entering the facility to meet clients. I even saw a girl come in OLA byke to meet a client.

There were rhythmic moaning that can be heard on each floor due to action going on in one room or other. Rooms are not sound proof.

ITC is too strict. They don't allow the girls. Literally they are behind the girls. To maintain my anonymity, I had to once ask the girl to return back, and couldn't meet. Never again.

Novotel, Ibis, Lemon Tree, are good.

Hyatt. A sophisticated randi khana. Front desk knows everything. Once upon a time it used to be hotbed of escorting involving vip people of town. Half the bell boys will be happy to find you a pimp or direct girl contacts.

Although you have not considered but ibis, plaza, fairfield, westin, holiday inn and zone are GF friendly. Hope you have great time.

Yesterday tried a few spa. Everyone was quoting at least 1500 as counter charge. So backed out. Tried the Royal spa at the ss sarani Camac st crossing which is branch of P spa. Rooms are not bad. Toilet may be cleaner. Girls OK. I got a chubby girl who is OK. Already forgot her name. Dead fish. OK for quick release.

If anyone has recommendation for a girl there, please let me know.

Also please inform some vfm spa / indie in this area.

I've been going to Pb and P spa (fd and gol park) for quite some time. Whenever I don't want to go there I hit SG. Or to try something new every once a while I search new spa's on JD. I tried SP James and SP David a couple of time but both of those time even though the experience was good it didn't feel worth the money at all. I tried Adrija sometime ago and Radhika from MR. I had a really great time both of the time. I pinged SP Riya sometime back but the pics she shared and the prices she charged was worse that SP James.

I'm looking for any new indie / spa / sp pointer. Apart from the ones shared above. I can reciprocate with the above ones and can also help in Delhi and Bangalore.

Also a question regarding seeking, my budget for monthly mongering is 30 k - 45 k. Is this enough to be on seeking? I mean the membership itself is 6 k right?(even after the promo). Does it make sense for me to join seeking? I want to find new contact and seeking right seems to be the best source.

Full form of PB is Phool Bagan. Which is not in Salt Lake.

Its above Indian Oversease Bank Floor, there is no sign board.

The last time I visited, Riya, Tiya, and Guddi were available as well as one new face.

The location is inconspicuous, you won't find it unless you know specifically what you're looking for. I would encourage you to search for it in the forum, you will find useful pointers. 'Pb' isn't the actual name of the spa, it just stands for Phoolbagan. There is a certain landmark you need to be looking for, it is in the 3rd floor of that same building. There is no indication of any spa from the outside, so it is quite hard to "guess" your way there. These hints should be enough for you. Don't forget to share your experience in the forum.
