IMHO this rate hike came waaaay too soon since their prior one, which was waaay too soon too. In my experience, Montreal is a lot more professional, in good ways and bad. Higher prices ($200 USD vs $50-100 roughly) but the girls are classier and on-time. But you're less likely to get extra time or have them hang out with you either. Montreal is Northern European (and like any big city has variety of all sorts.) Medellin is primarily Latin, but some girls look more white, or Indian, or black.

He didn't ask about it but I think it should be mentioned and that is the issue of security. Montreal is way safer than Medellin.
