What I would suggest you to take 5 MG to start with although 5 MG is not easily available at chemist so get 10 MG and take half tablet. The tablet is tasteless and not bitter at all.

See the problem of PE is 90%brain and only 10% sensitivity physical.

Try Himalaya Tentex royal caps 2 at night for 3 months plus ask your friend to perform prayanam and Dhayan everyday, this would definitely fetch result. ,These are herbal medication so no side effects are expected.

Kegel exercise is also a very good remedy to follow, search YouTube you will find about it.

One more piece of advice ask your friend to concentrate more on drilling the pu than thinking about releasing the load.

When my friend visited there, they were informed that all the Thai staff had left. Was assigned NI girl, who provided pathetic service and charged excessively high prices.
