No you're incorrect. The one on the left side far corner is a Rainbow named bar but it's not 4 or 5. Nyezhov described exactly where Rainbow 5 is located. It's the one he goes to. The one in the far right corner is Rainbow 4. It used to be almost Asian only but not as much anymore. I don't like Rainbow 4 but I have a Falang friend who loves the place.

Last club on the 2nd floor (ground level being 1st floor) on the left side. The place has two platforms (one to the left and one to the right after entering). If I'm not mistaken this place is RB5. I'm actually willing to give her the benefit of a doubt. As being more intimidating than a bad person. After all I don't know her. But she certainly got some weird off putting vibe about her.

I hadn't been to Bangkok in at least 5 years until my recent visit a few months ago. And the most striking change I noticed was the vast disparity that had grown between NANA and Soi Cowboy. I don't know when it happened but NANA has had a serious makeover sometime in the last 5 years with security check-points at all entrances and exits, and an overall clean feel with outside seating and clean air. On the other hand, Cowboy is now jammed packed with street hustlers selling you fake watches and other junk, rogue canabis stalls and (sorry to say) stinky street food grills every two feet. On my last visit to Cowboy, and without a word of a lie, a guy on a scooter drove screaming down the soi at high speed taking out at least 3-4 people before he went down. Thai police were comically chasing him on foot. I'm sure several people got hurt and witnessing it with all the screaming was certainly sobering. But perhaps what was most disturbing was how after all the commotion, the soi just went back to normal in about 2 minutes. A serious incident had just taken place, and I saw no blue lights or emergency vehicles. No investigation or halting of any businesses. A few people were dragged away and it was like nothing happened. A sense on unease decended on me at that moment. It's like Soi Cowboy has become this unregulated lawless part of town where anything goes. Whereas NANA has gone the other exactly in the other direction with no rifraf even allowed into the square. It's no surprise the better looking women are now to be found in NANA, its simply a cleaner and safer place for them to work. Cowboy is officially a dump.

Yea I liked Nana better too, but to be fair I didn't spend a lot of time at Soi Cowboy. Cowboy seemed pretty safe and cool to me though when I was there. The street hustlers are all over Bangkok and they really aren't that bad. If you have ever been to Cartagena, those mother fuckers straight ruined that whole city for mongers. I ll never return to Cartagena after dealing with those guys.

Also, be careful in Nana, some of the gogos are normal gogos with normal girls, but they have super pushy ladyboy mamasans who will try to sneak a grab at your junk. I didn't make a mental note of the name of the clubs in Nana, but Billboards was packed every time I was there so I hit the smaller empty clubs up and it was like shooting fish in a barrel with a 12 gauge. The girls out number the guys so much and some of these girls really do want to just play with a dick for the night. I would have multiple girls trying to grab at my shit just because I was the only guy in these joints doing it up. To be fair, given a large part of their customers and bosses I guess they have to be of the monitor lizard kind. Anyway. Since I once complained (to be fair. A bit too openly for Thai standards) about having to pay 4 k + 1 k instead of the usual 3 k + 1 k she gives me the side eye every time I enter. Luckily RB5 is in my opinion one of those bars where most of the chicks only look great at first glance and I like Nana plaza specifically because I can take even a fifth glance before barfining if I feel like it. Hence I never really felt too bad about my situation there. But she has something about her that makes staying there rather unappealing. Even before "the incident".

I have been on the ground for over 10 days now and I have been to many of the gogos and beer bars and all three red light districts: Nana Plaza, Soi Cowboy, and Patpong. Here is what I have noticed about the gogos to have success. You can't just walk into a gogo and point to a hot girl on stage and expect all out GFE and an amazing night. Its not quite that easy. I have had better success when its a little later in the evening, as time winds down the girls will be more willing to go. Also, here is my best tip, get the girls who come up to you. They are the ones who obviously need your business and want to make the money. I am no longer going to even call a girl over. I am just hitting 3-4 gogos after 10 pm And waiting for one that I think is cute to give me a look and then come over to me. Once they sit down, if they start putting your hands all their tits and ass, then you know its on like Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy's Quest. Sadly, I may think 3 k Baht and 1 k Baht bar fine is now the standard. Some girls I have quoted me 5 k and I always decline and they drop to 3 k. Patpong has given me the lowest success rate. Soi Cowboy has been fun, but lacks the number of gogos of Nana. Nana is fucking wild and that whole street is a shit show. I saw some older tall ripped up Indian dude in tank top last night pulling girls. He straight up looked like Dhalism from Street Fighter LOL. If you look around the beer bars of Nana, there are actually some decent girls mixed in and they super fun to have a drink with. I may be wrong on this statement, but I think some bars want to focus on Asian men. Try to find out which bars these are, and if you aren't Asian, then avoid them. Like I said, if a cute girl grabs your arm and pulls you into the gogo and sits with you, then that's the gogo and girl for you. I really like the music of Angel witch in Nana, but girls not that hot when I was there. Also the bar on first floor in Nana to the left as soon as you walk in has been good. Hope this helps some of you guys.

For anyone who has a drinking problem. Don't come to Thailand LOL. I have never drank this much in my life and its really starting to show LOL. Besides the girls, massages, bars, gym, and pool, what do you guys do to pass the time? I am really trying to not drink for a few days to focus on my health a little bit.

Even in Soi6 pattaya if I choose a girl looking at her phone or is disinterested but I choose her because she is hot, 99% of the time she will squeeze the most out of me and will be a starfish upstairs. The best ones are who pull you in and get you a drink, cuddle, wipe your forehead etc.

Obviously you don't want to go with fuglies so in gogos just smile at girls who you like and they will come over and then you can work out how she is. I would rather go with a enthusiastic 6. 5/10 verus a starfish 9/10.
