    Something interesting (accurate?)

So I came across this grab taxi fare calculator: https://www.taxifarefinder.com/main....la-Philippines.

It seems to think that getting a taxi from Subic to the Batangas Ferry Terminal is under 3 k PHP and takes something like 4. 5 hours.

Can this be accurate? The route seems to take the Manila Skyway so traffic reporting may actually be effectively predicting the travel time.

Sorry. Typo. I'll get this right in a minute. It's Air Trav. It exists but I can't comment on reliability etc. I've never used it. Air Juan was great.

Do not let those Aholes anywhere near you. Do not let them help you carry your bags. Do not talk or even look at them. Almost all are POS. Somehow they were able to steal my POS Nokia from me. This was 11 years ago and the phone was cheapest possible but the numbers on it cost me a lot.

I guess "public bus" was an incorrect term. I meant bus companies like Victory Liner, etc.

If you go to the Victory Liner website, and if you want to go from Olongapo to Angeles, you have to select Olongapo to Dau. Dau is the bus station that serves Angeles. Cubao is the bus station that you need to go to if you want to go from Dau to Batangas (via Cubao).

BTW, Royal Amsterdam hotel in Angeles charges 7200 pesos for a car from Angeles to Batangas. 7900 for a crossover. If my memory serves me, it took about 3. 5 hours.

    It comes up.

For example, the Victory Liner (while I'm sure it exists) doesn't list any departures from Olongapo back to Angeles. Besides, that's quite a backtrack. Taking a taxi from Olongapo to Batangas is likely to cost 5 k PHP, and while that itself won't break the bank if there's a better way I'm sure you reprobates know what it is.

I've already managed to find the ferry schedule from Batangas to Puerto Galera. Sabang looks like a blast. I'm just not sure of the best way to get there from Subic Bay.

Also I've tried to look up the minibus schedule for door to door service from Angeles to Subic Bay; seems like a steal at 650 PHP. However, I can't find any listing for it online.

As always, any nudge in the right direction would be helpful and appreciated.
I tried to go from Angeles to Sabang in one day and ended up stuck in Calapan overnight. Thing is, the last ferry to Sabang was at 1 pm. That was in 2023, they might have later ones now, but check the schedule before you go. The guys at the information booth at the ferry terminal recommended I go to Calapan and then take a jeepney to Sabang, but I arrived in Calapan too late. Fortunately a local I met on the ferry had his brother take me to a decent hotel and then they came back in the morning and took me to the minivan terminal.

I highly recommend breaking it up into two days and spending the night in Manila. Subic to Manila one day, then go to Sabang the next morning.

Well put, all of the above. As this is the Other Areas forum, I'm talking about provincial girls here.

The p500 for a day's work minimum wage might be, in reality, technically correct. But many people here work for less, in non-standard jobs (ie, washing clothes for a neighbor who has a home laundry biz). Pay might be 300 for a grueling day's work. Additionally most girls don't have any work, nor do they have access to it. Selling the slit might be an only opportunity, and selling it locally might be impossible as so many girls are giving it away. Hence, selling to a foreigner for 500 or 1000ST might be a good idea in her mind. The idea that a foreigner might toss her p7 k or p10 k for 5 days / nights with him might blow her mind (and might make a new foreigner think he's stealing it from her).

This is one of the true tests. If you think someone is paying to little, that would be impossible if the girl returns regularly, willingly.

    You reprobates

You disgusting, filthy, immoral, beautiful, amazing comrades in debauchery; thank you so much for the info. I hope it goes without saying that I'll gladly buy any of you a beer if and when we cross paths. I'll be asking a few questions in response in order to refine my schemes.

At OldAndUgly. Actually, I am starting in Angeles heh. :3 I'm planning on flying into Clark and maybe just staying the night before heading out to Subic and hanging out there for some time. I enjoy the prospect of doing some diving in between banging girls (the important part) LOL! So this is the real trouble I'm having with trying to plan this out. I've tried to look up some schedules and bookings on the Victory Liner and Philtranco websites to get from Angeles City (either Clark or Dau) to Subic / Olongapo; and every search regardless of day comes up with zero. At PhilJoy. I like the idea of paying a Pinay 500 PHP per nut; that's hilarious. The best strategy would be to get a 3 some going and watch the girls fight over getting CIP and CIM.

But seriously guys, you rock. Thanks so much for all the input. Every little iota of info puts us one step closer to a great trip. . . And one hell of a report!

It's worked wonders for me as I've probably got a maximum of 3 shots in a session, sometimes two.

And the best thing is, they're usually back the next day and on repeat.

As someone mentioned on the forum recently, they might get 500 p in a regular job a day.

Taking this approach, everyone's a winner.

(As usual, all my contacts follow up afterwards asking for huge amounts of money due to the typhoon, sick kids and other dramas).

I tell them I will only 'reward' them while I'm with them and say _ "If I have to give every Filipina money who asks, I'd be broke".

They always come back for more.

My bad, I thought you're starting in angeles city, but the same shuttle service is returning daily from subic to angeles. Maybe someone can go for a beer to night moves and take a look at the ad, or ask for details, I'm not in angeles right now.

I did the trip to puerto galera once with the minivan from royal amsterdam, but I don't remember how much it was.

By far the easiest way I have done that trip is to catch the Air Juan Sea Plane. It did run direct Subic to Sabang a couple times a week. I'm not sure if it still does but call to find out. If you are doing the above by private charter the seaplane works out cheaper let alone saving time and hassle.

Even flying via their little dock in manila would be much preferred.

    Good luck. G.
My bad. Looks like Juan Air didn't survive Covid.

Air Teav does land in PG though.

Been there done that in 2016. Seemed simple at the time. Cost me half my trip. Lesson learned. Just pay the money for a taxi from Subic to Batangas or better break trip up into Subic to Manila and then 2nd trip Manila to Sabang. In 2016 pulled a hammy chasing bus who still had my bags underneath and took off then had some dodgy water that was sold on the bus. End result got to Subic and sat in the shower all night. Both ends of the intestine going. Felt llike sh*t. Was so bad booked return flight home. Lesson learnt. Pay for the comfort of a taxi.

You are going to have to backtrack to either Angeles or San Fernando.

My guess is that it's going to cost a lot more. My hotel charges about 8 K for the hotel taxi from Angeles to Batangas (tollway included).

The cheapest way will be the public bus.

Take the bus from Olangopo to Dau (Angeles). I've never done that route. Should be easy. Or to San Fernando. San Fernando should save a few minutes, but not that much.

I've taken the public bus from Batangas to Dau (Angeles) many times. I've never taken it from Dau to Batangas, but it should be similar / easy.

From Batangas, you take the bus to Cubao (in Manila). Then you get off, and ask the staff where to take the bus to Dau. They are always helpful. So from Dau (Angeles), you just go in the opposite direction.

Note: if you take the public bus, it will hit traffic in Manila. Hotel taxi takes less than 4 hours from Angeles to Batangas (since it will take the skyway in Manila).

If you take the public bus, you will need to go very early to catch the last boat to Sabang (actually, the new pier between the town and White Beach).

I am assuming you can go via San Fernando, but I've never taken the bus from there.
