I'm not sure if that place was demolished by government order or if it survived demolition and may have reopened. Sounds like your Train Tracks was actually a different place, along the same train tracks, but further west just a few hundred meters. The alley wasn't at the Train Track grade level, I heard it was underneath it. But yeah, I don't know if it's permanently closed or not.
