Can anyone with recent experience at San Peter in Laureles drop a brief review? I enjoy the bar connected to it and I usually stay very close by in Laureles. I love the area. Curious about air conditioning and most importantly guest policy. I have heard good things but hoping for more stories good or bad. PM if you wish, thanks.

I haven't stayed there in years but it was solid for the price. Those that are familiar know it as hooker hotel as it's almost all Airbnb guests and was very guest friendly when I stayed. They copied the girls seeédula at the desk but a different girl everyday with no issues. I like the location too, but I now stay a little further away from 70 for a little more peace and tranquility. Air conditioning was fine in the room I stayed in.

I found the area really noisy all night and difficult to sleep.

It is definitely very noisy. When I stayed in San Peter Suites it was on a top floor and the noise from La 70 was still loud like the windows were paper thin. Lots of music, singing and traffic noise all night and into the early morning. I do like that San Peter Suites is very close to Exito SuperMarket. It is very convenient in that regard.

Yes, I agree. When the sexy young woman wants 600 K and you offer her 300,000 pesos she is thinking she has to hurry back and do another Cheap Charlie for another 300 k pesos. So she is watching her clock and cutting the time and benefits in half.

They will check all ID and photocopy if for all guests. The AC works. I found the area really noisy all night and difficult to sleep.

I am a negotiating fool and have never had something like this happen. And I start off by introducing myself as Mr. Cheap Charlie. Would you care to share some reports of when it has happened to you, or are you just imagining that if A, then be?

There was a guy that posted a report here about taking the girl of his dreams for 1 million pesos. He said it was the worst service he had in his life. Let you tell it, he should have offered 1,200,000 pesos to get her to fuck better. Most of the time people just fuck how they know to fuck and it has nothing to do with the price they are being paid.

Don't wait for the girl to give you the price because we know she is likely going to try to scam you first. Instead, offer them 600 to scam them first

Adding some context here. The girl is unlikely to accept that amount. It is only used to tell girl you know how it works to get the girl to be realistic. Even if she accepts, the minimal cost will be 200 USD for 1 hour, including the room that is 50 USD. These are rough numbers because BRL depreciated about 20% recently. There are men that pay the full ask which likely would be more than 400.

More context, lol. The girls in the club in my post used to ask 500 more or less when I started going but it has all changed. Nowadays, the girls will ask for even 3000. Sounds familiar?

The safety risk level at Fase II, Energy, and Isla is practically zero, very safe. The risk of getting the service you want is probably 50/50. You can negotiate services with the ladies at Fase II and Isla before taking them, but that still isn't a guarantee you'll get what you negotiate for. Gusto's is part of the Parque Lleras crowd. I don't trust any of them. I rely on Facebook for contacts, but you don't have enough time to get established in Facebook.

Arriving December 23 to Medellin by way of Thailand. Booked at guest friendly spot right near Hotel Dix. I'm a 35 year old gringo here in my first trip. Unfortunately my Spanish sucks and the mansion is no more. Would have been great guard rails for me.

Your question has a easy answer. Stick to the Casas. Another bonus is the prices at the casas are set and you don't get Gringo pricing. I have done all you have talked about and the only place I have had zero problems is in the Cento Casas.
