This is true. I have been there many times. However at times you can find one or two girls who are spa girls who are willing to meet outside. It's just the time effort is too much and some times most girls have so much attitude even if you approach the most polite way. You can try your luck.

Could someone recommend nightclubs where it is possible to arrange meet ups or pickups?

This is like the other side of the road near Ice Cream Spa. Was assigned P (lady from W Bengal) - First looks she is tall and has a body to match (not in a good way). The massage was hard. La Sara chain is very good. But the mattress is too soft for me. Ibis has the best mattresses for mongering imo. Just the right amount of firmness so that you don't sink in.
