Posts: 2Please advise on safety tips when visiting Spas
Planning to visit some renowned spas in Delhi for the first time. Please advise on safety tips:
1. How much cash to carry and safe place for keeping it to make sure it does not get swiped in the massage room. Is the money paid to the therapist before or after the deed?
2. What extra stuff to carry for your protection? Do you carry your own towels, sheets? What mouthwash, soap to carry?
3. Any other important precautions and safety guidelines you should remember?

Posts: 32Typical of doctor's to solve root cause
Hi bro, the medicines prescribed by the doctor are typical given when the doctor wishes to address the root cause behind PE. Did you indicate that you are stressed due to not lasting long or you have performance pressure because you feel you'll not last long.
Paxura which is a paroxetine is a stress relief medicine, prescribed to address this stress problem. Others are just multi vitamins and nutrients drugs for general health.
Efil is nothing but tadalafil which is like sildenefil but different chemical which gives you a boner.
Paxura might have side effects, so talk to your doctor if you feel so.
Having said this, Duraplus is safe drug for quick result but don't over do.
PS. This is my personal opinion, not a medical advice..

Any experience about Domina female condom vs. Male condom?
I find male condom too tight and restrictive as if penis is in a grip. Anyone using domina female condoms regularly?

Whatever it is, don't panic. Syphilis goes away with few injections and herpes has symptomatic anti viral medicines.
Mostly, it could be just some skin issue but due to the timing and hidden guilt it caused the unnecessary anxiety. So take it cool.
The standard rule for mongering buddies is to always use protection, avoid fluid exchange and take full panel STD test at least once annually after observing the window period of 3 months.

I have an itchy feeling for quite sometime in only one place nearer to anus and below the balls. Somewhere middle of it. Unable to see it and used camera to check and it looked a very small black mole type. Its usually itchy during night time alone. Morning if I apply itch guard the itchy pain goes away and come back later in the day. Looks like it appears goes away and appear again. Is this some kind of Herpes or syphilis? How to get this tested and confirmed?
TIA.

As with pretty much everything in this hobby, nothing is foolproof. Having said that, what you need is an anti-fungal, anti-bacterial mouthwash. Anything with chlorhexidine will do. I use a brand called Hexidine. Available at almost all chemists. Follow the instructions on the bottle.

Posts: 283Mouthwash / V-wash / Oral Lube / Flavoured Condoms / Rhythm method
Hello docs and friends here.
1. Which mouthwash is best to sterilize mouth and tonsils of girls from STDs that may be lurking there? Can tonsils and back of mouth be sterilized wth any mouthwash by gargling neat 1-2 times to make her mouth immediately safe for BBBJ and DFK?
2. Anything better than V-wash for vaginal odour and hygiene? And to make pussy immediately safe for deep DATY? Does V-wash disturb vaginal flora in long-term girlfriends? Any safe longterm oral probiotic that does not cause hyperacidity or liver issues and maintains Vaginal flora with no bad odour?
3. Best oral lube commonly available in market that is safe for oral sex and has good taste? Durex play? Which type? Which flavour?
4. Which flavoured condom is best in taste and does not slip and gives best sensation? Durex normal flavoured or Durex ultrathin flavoured? Exactly which type and which flavour? Does the durex ultrathin flavoured slip? What about okamoto flavoured?
5. Is the Rhythm method of natural contraception safe in long-term relationship? Best tips for safest days (assuming periods are very regular)? Are 3 days after periods and 3 days before periods safest?
6 Any dealer of the particular type of condom, lube, mouthwash etc. Suggested by you near Sonagachi. Beadon street- Girish park area? I can pickup from there if I go to Sonagachi.
Many thanks for your help.

Posts: 192If you are using protection correctly. And.
And use a very good quality and branded protection.
You will not get any STD or HIV, the whole world operates on this.
You get STD when you accidently does some mistake. Like deep DFK, BBBJ, etc. Or you use some issues in the bird still you do the deed etc.
People do all these things. So relax.
If you don't do DFK, DATY, and BBBJ or any bodily fluid contact, you are safe.
That is the reason we go for quality women and if possible ask them to wash before the deed.

Posts: 17Requesting suggestions to be safe from HIV and STDs
Hi Fellowmongers,
Have you all seen the recent news that almost 25000 new HIV infection happened in last month.
Is there a chance for getting an infection even if we use protection? Because sometimes there is a contact happening at the condom opening edge during bang. And any other key measures that we need to take to be safe? It would be helpful for all.
Thanks.

Need help.
So I take anxiety / anti depression pills and without them, I can't function properly.
But they have a side effect. Low to almost 0 libido and penis although erect, isn't hard enough no matter how much I try.
What should I do? Shall I try Viagra or some other medicine to tackle this? Please suggest.

I pulled out immediately and saw the condom had completely torn. That was the first time I ever went raw, even if it was just for 10 seconds and honestly, she was not the type of girl I'd ever want to do that with. I got a BJ later and finished in her mouth.
After getting back, I couldn't stop thinking about what just happened and whether I got exposed to something serious. I texted her asking if she had any health issues or if she'd done an HIV test recently, but she totally ignored me. That just made me even more freaked out.
Each day that passed, the anxiety got worse. I couldn't sleep properly, wasn't even jerking off for days which was super weird for me. On top of that, I started getting small red bumps on my face and my digestion was messed up, which I read could be early HIV symptoms. I knew I'd really screwed up this time, so I ordered some HIV home test kits right away.
As soon as the kit arrived, I went to my regular Afro spot and did a blood test, and thankfully, it came back negative. I was relieved for a week. Until I did some research using ChatGPT and found out the result didn't mean much because it was too early to test you're supposed to wait at least 40 days.
So yeah, after 40 long days of non-stop anxiety, I did another test and again, it came back negative. That day, I made a promise to myself to stay away from Afro girls as much as I can.
Sharing the MR link of that girl since she keeps on coming to Delhi regularly incase you want to stay away from her- https://massagerepublic.com/female-e.../kenji-angolan.
Completely incorrect picture posted on MR. Looks way better but too risky to try. Stay Away.

Posts: 612What risks are you afraid of?
I would suggest the higher end SPA to be the best option.
Very discreet and if you manage to build rapport with a regular and pay a fair wage, you will get great service every time.
Just tell the truth. That your wife died and feeling lonely but not looking to remarry. Will Work up some connection.
For STD, HPV / Herpes / Syphillis / Gonoreah etc cannot be avoided. Chance of HIV is very low from vaginal sex even without a condom and close to 0% with condom.
Just go to a good spa and find your spa mate.
Everything comes down to your personal connection.
You don't need to be attractive. Just be kind and treat the girls with respect and you will get a few regulars in no time.
Avoid the seedier ones.
Got to ones with min 1500-2000 entry fee, get a membership to reduce cost.
First experiment until you will find your sea legs.
I am giving these advice based on your situation.

Don't worry my friend, consult a doctor and get meds for PE. You should be lasting longer and have satisfying experience.
Take a hot water bath before deed and try to keep your thoughts aligned in the deed.
Also regular Yoga and some cardio helps to maintain the health.
